NDIS Support Coordination

  • Coordination of your chosen informal, funded and mainstream supports

  • Costing supports and monitoring budgets

  • Resolving points of crisis

  • Supporting you to link into your local community and develop networks

  • Assistance to review your goals, outcomes and your NDIS plan

Note: Support coordination is an add-on to your NDIS plan and is funded in addition to the supports included in your plan. Remember to include it when you are making or reviewing your NDIS plan.
