Eloise has been involved with IOE since starting as a volunteer at age 14. Since then she has enjoyed working in a number of roles: as a volunteer host, support worker, recreation leader and coordinator plus staffing IOE’s After Hours phone.

Eloise is keen to contribute to the IOE community from a different perspective, having watched the organisation grow over the years, and believes that IOE’s culture and understanding of supporting all members of families involved with IOE is wonderfully unique.

A registered psychologist, who specialises in working with children and adolescents with a focus on Autism Spectrum Disorder, she is also passionate about supporting siblings of children with a disability. Eloise has previously worked extensively in primary and secondary schools in addition to private practice. She joined IOE’s Board of Management in November 2018.
