Kat has worked with Interchange Outer East for 18 years in a variety of roles, including support worker, family coordinator, behaviour support practitioner, team leader and senior allied health practitioner before finishing up in 2024.

Prior to her time with IOE, Kat worked in case management in family services and has also been a unit social worker in a forensic psychiatric facility. Kat has also previously served as a board member for a community information and support service. Kat is now working as a Wellbeing Specialist at a community school in the Yarra Ranges.

Kat continues to be passionate about Interchange Outer East and the work that they do supporting individuals and families in the community.
