Having studied psychology at university and working in childcare and disability settings both locally and in the UK, Sarah combined these passions and found her place at Interchange Outer East. In her 15 years working with the agency, Sarah has worked in almost all areas, commencing as a support worker and spending time in family coordination as well as case management and leadership roles.

Sarah’s passion for her work at IOE stems from the agency’s dedication to supporting families as a whole. She enjoys spending time with family and friends, camping and she looks forward to the time that her two sons are old enough to volunteer on IOE recreation programs.
