Interchange Outer East is experiencing a high number of inquiries for our services and programs. If you are interested in accessing any of the following services/programs:
Please submit our Expression of Interest online form. This is a secure form and all information collected kept in accordance with Interchange Outer East’s Information Privacy policy.
If you are experiencing difficulty completing the form please contact reception on 9758 5522 for assistance.
Please note: This is not a registration form. Completion of this form does not mean that you are automatically registered to access services.
IOE’s ability to register new families varies depending on the capacity of any given program. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a timeline from the submission of your expression of interest to your actual registration. We strongly suggest you continue to seek alternative services in the meantime.
IOE is a family focused organisation and our services are developed specifically around the needs of children and young adults under the age of 35. For this reason priority will be given to children and young adults under the age of 35 living at home with their family. For those people over the age of 35 we suggest seeking alternative providers that offer services for this age group.
We provide our core services within Melbourne’s outer eastern region; City of Knox, City of Maroondah and Shire of Yarra Ranges. Although we are open to providing service in other areas, service priority is given to people residing within these municipal regions, as they are the areas in which our support staff predominately live.
If you have any questions about the registration or intake process please contact our Intake Team at intake@ioe.org.au
